Integrated Business Model

Urban Petro Inc is structured as an integrated energy enterprise, combining three complementary divisions that work in synergy to deliver comprehensive energy solutions:

1. Trading & Supply Division – Manages the sourcing, quality inspection, and delivery of petroleum products including EN590 10PPM Diesel, Jet A-1, Gasoline (RON 89–92), Crude Oil, and petrochemicals.
   Through direct refinery relationships and strategic tank storage allocations, the company ensures reliable supply for both public and private clients.
2. Engineering & Fabrication Division – A consortium of oil & gas engineers, civil and mechanical experts, and fabrication specialists responsible for designing and constructing fuel terminals, pipeline systems, and energy infrastructure in line with API, ASTM, ASME, and ISO standards.
   This division also undertakes EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) contracts, managing end-to-end project execution.
3. Logistics & Infrastructure Division – Oversees the international movement of fuels and chemicals via maritime chartering, port handling, customs clearance, and onshore distribution, with operations extending through North America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East.
